With the wedding of the year just round the corner, we thought we’d round up everything that we know so far so that you babes don’t miss out on a thing!
When and where?
Meghan and Prince Harry will be tying the knot this Saturday 19th May, the royal bash will take place in St Georges Chapel in Windsor at Midday. If you’re lucky enough to be in the area make sure you make your way over to the chapel and get an exclusive first look at the newlywed couple.
OBVS… the dress is the most exciting part of the ENTIRE day. Rumour has it that designers Ralph and Russo are the faves, followed closely by Burberry and Stella McCartney. Of course! Speculation suggests that the Princesses dress carries a huge price tag of £100,000 (we love a babe with expensive taste). With Meghan’s glamourous and minimalistic style we don’t doubt that she will look absolutely INCRED whatever she wears.
The eight-tear cake will combine those spring vibes with the flavour of lemon and elderflower. This makes us very happy (and not at all jealous that we won’t be tasting it with a glass (or two) of fizz for ourselves!)
It wouldn’t be a royal wedding without some Kweens and Kings attending, would it? Although there are lots of rumours, celebs such as the Beckhams, Selena Williams, Ed Sheeran, and… wait for it… THE SPICE GIRLS have been invited and might even be performing! And we really really really wanna see this!
Bar Opening Times
Amazing news babes, the pubs will stay open until 1am on the Friday AND Saturday, which is a perfect excuse to have lots of G&T’s to celebrate.
Things to do in London this weekend
There’s something for everyone on this weekend in London, if you’re looking for a glamourous viewing of the wedding head over to ‘The Royal Wedding Party’ at One Marylebone. Perfect excuse to crack open the fizz!
For those of you looking for something to do after the ceremony why not make a visit to Maida Vale for a sophisticated afternoon of finger sandwiches, delicious cakes and of course lots of bubbly! But calling all party lovers and Spice Girl lovers (all of us then) why not make your way over to the ‘Alternative Royal Wedding Reception’ at The Curtain, for a night of singalong and a true celebration of being British.
