What to wear for bonfire night when you don’t do wellies and mittens…

What to wear on bonfire night

We’ve rounded up some cool winter looks to help you get through bonfire night, without having to sacrifice every fashionable bone in your body. Whether you’re heading out for the event, or just using November 5th as an excuse for a cosy pub trip, we’ve got your winter fashion covered.

Teddy coats

Super cosy and alway on trend, a teddy coat is always a winner. (Plus, not to be an utter bore but they are ideal for bonfire night because they wash easily, so you’re not stuck with that smokey smell).

Faux fur and chunky boots

Wrap up the right way with super extra faux fur, mud-proof boots and a pair of wet look leggings.  It’s always a winning look, plus it’s so cosy.

Puffer jackets

Nothing could be better than wearing a sleeping bag outside, but a puffer jacket is a very close second. Wind and rain resistant, it’s a must for a British bonfire night.

Longline coats

If you’re not afraid of a bit of mud on the bottom of your coat, then opt for a longline one. Snug from head to toe, it’s the ideal outfit for sipping mulled cider in the cold.

Neon outwerwear

Brighter is always better, especially when it comes to coats. Have you tried getting a good insta photo in a muddy field in the dark? A dark jacket doesn’t show up at al. (Just try not to get confused for a fire safety marshal in high vis)
