Word on the street, wearing underwear as outerwear is still totally acceptable. So, we’ve rounded up some of our fave street and celeb style looks where what’s underneath really matters. From layering a bra on top of your shirt or styling a lace body with your mom jeans, this trend is not to be taken lightly. Hit up our latest drop of lingerie to make sure you’ve got what you need to take it on.
Sheer fabrics are big news in 2018. Go for a sheer bodysuit or shirt for a subtle nod to the trend, or set hearts racing with an all sheer affair. Just make sure your chosen underwear is a set you’re happy to show to the world! P.s. Make Bridget Jones proud and wear your control knickers under a sheer dress – Frames your curves and (surprisingly) looks sexy AF.

We all know that whatever you’re doing you’d rather be in bed, so why not dress like you are. A lacy, silk cami or satin shirt, teamed with mom jeans, give just the right level of sex appeal. Dress them up with heels for a night out. Also, wearing a white t-shirt under your silk slip dress is the cool girl way to wear 90s fashion, and will win you major style points.

Flash of lace
Sometimes going braless just isn’t an option, but you don’t have to be embarrassed about flashing some lace. If your shirt or jumper has a deep V or wide neck, showing off your lace triangle bra can look seriously cute. Also, dropped armholes and backless styles are another opportunity to flaunt your underwear as outerwear.
When your underwear looks this good why wouldn’t you want to make it the star of the show? Corsets can look unreal when worn as a top. Tuck into boyfriend fit jeans, and wear with a leather jacket, to give off rock and roll sex appeal, or layer over a jumper for a more demure look. Longline bras and bustiers also look fab, worn as a crop top with high-waisted trousers or over a t-shirt for cute day wear.
We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again. Activewear is for anywhere, not just for the gym. Style your sports bra under denim dungarees or a sheer top for a casual sporty look. You could even wear it as a crop top and team with high waisted jeans and a blazer. This is a look that’s ‘brunch-with-the-girls’ ready.
