Hey Emma, what does being a Missguided Activist mean to you?
Being a Missguided Activist gives me the opportunity to shout about one of my biggest passions – keeping fit! I want to be able to inspire other girls who have busy careers to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Fitness doesn’t have to be a chore and is something we should all make time for.
If you could sum up your gym style in three words, what would they be?
Edgy, playful and energetic 🙂

Who is your celeb abspiration?
Either Kayla Itsines or fitness blogger Alexandra Bring – they are both phenomenal!
When you’re not working out, what do you do to relax?
When I’m not lifting, running or getting in a cheeky HIIT session, I love to either cook or explore. That’s probably why I’d love to be able to travel one day – so I could pick up amazing healthy recipes from all corners of the globe! I also love British crime drama, Silent Witness is a current fave.
Hey Sidony, if you could work out with one celebrity who would it be?
I would love to work out with Millie MackIntosh. I follow her on Instagram and I am really inspired by her passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle, plus she does the SBC workouts and I love the fact Missguided have teamed up with SBC and included workouts on the site – they’re tough but great!
What are the top 3 things that motivate you?
Being healthy, feeling good and looking good!
What’s your healthy eating must have?
Crunchy Meridian Peanut Butter. I think it goes with everything but I also love it on its own as a post workout treat! I also have a weakness for pancakes – I devised a high protein healthy alternative recipe so I can have them more often!
What’s your most embarrassing gym fail?
Probably the first time I attempted a clap push-up and ended up flat on my face!
What’s your favourite piece from the new Missguided Collection?
I love my new Pink Panel Leggings. They’re comfy, look great and I’ve already had loads of compliments about them!
