It’s January, which can mean only one thing: it’s cleanse and train time!! For us, it’s all about the smoothie. Healthy, pretty and bang on trend. Here are some of our favourite recipes to give your year a kick start.

1/2 small soursop
1/2 mango
2 handfuls of kale/spinach mix
2 frozen bananas
1/2 kiwi

Blend until smooth

3/4 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
1 ripe medium banana

4 pitted medjool dates
1tbsp peanut butter
1/2c rolled oats
2tsp vanilla extract
11/2c almond milk
1/4c walnuts

1/2 papaya
1 tablespoon cranberry powder
Splash of coconut water

1/2 cup of wild blueberries
1/2 cup of blueberry yogurt
1/2 a banana
1/2 cup of ice

Layer 1:

2 frozen bananas
2 teaspoons matcha
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Layer 2:

2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/8th teaspoon espresso powder
1 date  Hardening magic shell  2 tablespoon raw coconut oil
2 tablespoon raw cacao powder
2 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 tablespoon almond flour

Blend until smooth

maple syrup
1/2 cup raspberries
blackberries and boysenberries
1 large frozen mango cheek
medium handful of cashews
1.5 cups of filtered water
