WHAT'S IN MY GYM BAG

We’ve handpicked a few of our Missguided mega babes to snoop around their gym bags and see what their goals for 2015 are…check it out.

Naomi is PR Assistant within the PR and Marketing team at Missguided. So, what’s in your gym bag?

Gym Kit: A cute kit and trainers makes all the different when motivating myself to get to the gym

Headphones: To blast out a mixture of techno beats and cheesy tunes. I can’t lie I love a bit of Benni Benassi

Lip Balm: My daytime lipstick is probably a bit much for the gym so a slick of berry lip balm does the trick

IPhone: I have a few fitness apps on here that help when doing circuits on the mats. I’d definitely recommend ‘Absolute Abs’, a free app that’s all about working that core

Protein shake: A vanilla shake is so tasty and good for repairing the muscles after a hard workout

Perfume: To make sure I smell sweet after sweating for an hour or two!

Fitness goals for 2015?

To achieve abs like Kayla Itsines by the time summer comes. My friends and me are all involved in the #absforibiza challenge. That, and to increase my general fitness levels

Fave piece from the Missguided Active collection?

I love the pink marble print leggings and bralet, they’re so cute and girly and nothing motivates a good workout more like a pretty gym look

Towel: For the harder workouts, it helps me feel accomplished when I have to use it!

 Lock and key: To keep my things safe whilst I’m working out

Water bottle: Helps keep me hydrated. I add a little lemon, which is good for getting rid of toxins too. Working out is thirsty work!

Hairbrush: I tend not to have time to straighten my hair after the gym, so a quick spruce up with my hairbrush does the trick

Headphones: Much needed motivation music to get me through; I hate it when I forget them!

Fitness goals for 2015?

My aim is to be as fit and healthy as possible, as well as building core strength and toning up. It’s always satisfying when you hit your target, and feel better for it too. And I’m hoping for some good holiday snaps to show for all the hard work!

Fave piece from the Missguided Active collection?

It would have to be the black leggings with the blue marble detail; feminine, fierce and a great fit for both indoor and outdoor.

Water bottle: I can’t work out without water, it keeps me hydrated!

IPhone and headphones: I love to zone out when I’m at the gym so I pick my favourite work out playlist, stick my headphones on and just go for it

 Gym kit: It’s definitely worth investing in a supportive sports bra and running trainers, even better if they look awesome too.

Fitness goals for 2015?

To improve my overall health and fitness. I’m also in training for the Manchester 10k run in May

Favourite piece from the Missguided Active collection?

In the past my gym wear has consisted mainly of black and grey so I’m excited to introduce some of the printed pieces from the collection. I’m loving the purple and pink marble print in particular
