Tell us about yourself…

I’m a singer, songwriter & DJ from Sydney, Australia. I think the best way to get to know me is to listen to my music, as there’s a lot more to me than what’s on the surface.

What’s the best gig you have played?

It was a show I played in the south of Italy on a beach as the sunset. It was dope vibes all round. There’s something about doing a live show as the sunsets that makes everyone feel good.

Who’s your favourite artist and why?

Jeff Buckley, as he just made the most simple notes still give you goose bumps. He’s pretty much the reason why I started writing music and playing guitar.

Describe your sound in five words…

Sarah Vaughan meets Kanye West.

What are you working on at the moment?

I’m in the process of finishing my EP, which is a mix between electro soul, RnB, hip-hop and pop. It’s based on the concept that we can all overcome self-suffering and be great through just doing you. I called it ‘Bodhi’ which means coming to a place of enlightenment.

What’s on the agenda for 2016?

I’ve been in the studio all this year getting things finished on my EP. I dropped the first single off ‘Bodhi’ in June. It’s called ‘Casualty’ and in line with that release I headed to London, since then I’ve been back in Australia, doing DJ gigs all over the country for some of my favourite brands, as well as putting the finishing touches on the EP and getting ready to take on 2017.
